In-Store Pickup Process:

In-Store Pickup purchases will be available for pickup at our Holiday Pop-Up (location coming soon!) every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday during open store hours. We retrieve In-Store Pickup orders from our fulfillment center on Thursday mornings only. Therefore, orders must be placed by midnight on the Wednesday before the weekend you wish to pickup your order. Customers will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. 

 

Returns and Exchanges: Online and In-Store

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of any kind for purchases made through our online or brick-and-mortar stores. Our holiday retail programs are temporary in nature, and our vendors operate on consignment, making returns too challenging for our small team. We appreciate your understanding, and your support of local, small businesses. 

 

Shipping Delays:

We nor our fulfillment partner Flying Cloud Fulfillment are responsible for any USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc. shipping delays. Please allow for extra time if your order needs to be delivered on a deadline or choose ‘In-Store Pickup’ during check out to retrieve your order from our Remington location if you are able to!
